Good design isn’t about fancy gadgets, bleeding-edge technology or trendy fads. It’s about communication and building brand integrity. Gadgets, technology and fads aren’t bad things when used correctly, but when misused they can clutter the design instead of reinforcing your message.
But our philosophy goes a bit deeper…
We believe that good design creates connections. These connections are developed by communicating your story in a relevant, accessible way. Your logo, business card and website say something about your brand and tell your customers something about you. E&B will work with you to develop long-standing concepts that reinforce your brand and target your audience.

Our Story
E&B was founded in 2007 with the goal of providing design services and direction to locally owned business. E&B strongly believes in supporting the local community and is honored to be a part in making it a more beautiful place.
Shane Dillow
Co-Founder/Executive Creative Director
Shane, born and raised in Lancaster County, currently resides in Lewisberry (just outside of downtown Harrisburg). He has over ten years experience in developing identity, packaging, and illustration for advertising and corporate design.
James Byers
Co-Founder/CEO
James, born and raised in Lancaster County, currently lives in Lancaster City. He has over six years experience in developing user interfaces & designing websites.
